This is a summer hit!! Delicious, refreshing, and oh-so-pretty! Change up the ingredients as you like, but if you want to copy this one, you’ll need: Watermelon, Yogurt (I use dairy-free Silk brand coconut yogurt), pineapple, raspberries, granola, and a chopped dark chocolate bar.

Step 1: Cut Watermelon to form “Pizza”

Step 2: Top with Yogurt

Step 3: Add Pineapple pieces

Step 4: Add Raspberries

Step 5: Sprinkle with Granola

Step 6: Chop Chocolate and sprinkle on top

Step 7: Cut into “Pizza Slices”

Step 8: Enjoy your Watermelon Pizza!!
