What can’t the air fryer do? I love doing hard-boiled eggs in here, because it’s kind of a set-it-and-forget-it kind of thing. You don’t have to wait for water for boil. If you don’t get back to the air fryer by the time it’s done cooking, no harm done. Easy-peasy!

What You Need:

Eggs! I don’t recommend using farm-fresh eggs…even though they are the most delicious, they do not peel well and are more likely to brown on the outside of the egg white. So use “old” or store-bought eggs.

What To Do:

  1. Put eggs on air fryer tray(s). Put on custom setting at 375 for 13 minutes. Let the air fryer do it’s thing.
  2. Soak hard “boiled” eggs in a bowl of cold water before peeling.
  3. Peel (when ready) and store in the fridge until it’s time to enjoy!

Egg-cellent!
